I take back everything I said about understanding what I read. That case made no sense. I can't answer any of the questions afterwards. I don't know what the rule(s) of law are. And now I've lost the will to go further. I hate torts. Blah to contributory negligence and the abolishment of it. I WANT GREY'S ANATOMY NOW!

haha best post ever. that is so my day. i am too depressed to post. how could my team lose?!! HOW? Oh and i'm ridiculously out of shape..i ran a mile and got a side ache. haha. maybe running after eating chips and drinking coke all day is a bad thing..

How do you know it's fake? Great whites are crazy and they leap out of the water to eat seals. Why not rescue workers? I just didn't realize there were any in the bay.
