Plateau's Suck!

I am more than a little bitter about the fact that I cannot get below 149. Grrrr. I am clearly going to have to try harder, but my mental reserves are low right now. I cannot give up though.

Eyes on the prize. This will be me in 12 months.

Yes Plateau's Suck. Last year I lost almost 30lbs and then I hit that Plateau. I got so angry I gave up. I'm now starting all over again. Don't give up like I did or you will be saying the same thing a year from now.
